Primarily identifying as an installation and performance artist, I engage in various creative forms—I paint, sculpt, and work with ceramics—yet I refrain from adopting the titles typically associated with these disciplines. While many perceive these mediums as traditional norms, I view them more as tools rather than definitive roles, perhaps stemming from what might be described as imposter syndrome. Instead of aligning myself as a nominal artist within these categories, I find solace in identifying as a Cultural Producer, emphasizing a broader scope and approach to my creative endeavors. Irrespective of the medium employed, my focus remains rooted in exploring metaphysics, the occult, religious themes, rituals, identity, indigeneity, Afroism, Futurism, and advocating against the destruction of Pachamama. Exploring my Afro-Caribbean and Mexican Indigenous cultural origins, I utilize metaphysics to delve into these heritage connections. Furthermore, I incorporate mini-controllers, known as Arduino, to fuse art with technology, manipulating data and programming languages to project digital media on walls, complementing my performance art.
